😈 Kimchi bibimbap


Although I love kimchi, I have never tried mixing kimchi and tuna together. This time I found that the taste is not bad.😋



Bibimbap has two main parts: 150gram of kimchi and130grams of instant rice.

The portion of this kimchi is very large, I eat it after two meals, it can be said to be very cost-effective😂
Day 1️⃣, take out about half of the kimchi and add it with rice In a disposable bowl, microwave2minutes and mix well~


Before adding to the microwave, the kimchi tastes stronger. After heating, you can smell the smell of tuna. This rice is also very good, a little sticky, and tastes good , much like Thai basmati rice, exceeded my expectations for instant rice👍🏻





The first2️⃣ is today's dinner~ with the remaining half-pack of kimchi It's fresh rice

Pour the kimchi into a bowl, microwave40seconds, and put the warm rice Add in and mix well~

In order to enrich my dinner, as a meat eater, I also made some kebabs😂





The meat is drizzled with a little garlic sauce and sesame seeds, and served with kimchi bibimbap for a high-calorie dinner🙈 span>

😈泡菜拌饭


虽然我爱吃泡菜,但是从来没试过把泡菜和金枪鱼拌在一起~结果这次发现味道还不错😋



拌饭主要有两部分:150克的泡菜和130克的速食米饭。

这个泡菜的分量很足,我分了两顿才吃完,可以说是非常划算了😂
1️⃣顿,取出差不多一半的泡菜和米饭一起倒入一次性碗中,微波2分钟,拌匀即可~


加入微波炉之前,泡菜的味道更重一些,加热后,就能闻到金枪鱼有点臭的味道了~这个米饭也很赞,有点粘粘的,口感很好,很像泰国香米,超出了我对速食米饭的预期👍🏻





2️⃣顿就是今天的晚饭啦~搭配剩下半包泡菜的是新鲜的米饭

泡菜倒入碗里,微波40秒,把热乎乎的米饭加进去拌匀~

为了让晚饭更丰富,身为肉食者的我还做了点烤串😂





肉块淋上一点蒜蓉酱和芝麻,配上泡菜拌饭就是一顿高卡路里的晚饭啦🙈
