
A simple home-cooked dish: shredded pork with green pepper 🌶️
👉Step1: Shred the pork loin, add cooking wine, cornstarch, soy sauce, peppercorns/five spice powder, stir well, marinate for 15-20 minutes.
👉Step2: Shred green peppers, you can also add bell peppers, sliced green onions, sliced ginger and garlic. Dried chilli (optional) cut into pieces.
👉Step3: Heat the wok with cold oil, add the shredded pork and fry until it breaks, then add the onion, ginger, garlic and dried chili to fry until fragrant.
👉Step4: When the shredded pork is completely discolored, add green peppers/color peppers, stir-fry until the green peppers become soft, add minced coriander, and turn off the heat.
