Buddhist health: kelp, dried tangerine peel, mussels, black bean and pork bone soup

Bought this kelp at Yami and finally started making kelp soup! The most important thing in making soup is to have enough ingredients and reasonable collocation, so as to maximize the taste of each ingredient!



Materials: kelp (soak20minutes), black beans (soak for two hours) , pork bones (out of water), one piece of dried tangerine peel, six pieces of mussels (soul of umami), and two pieces of ginger.


Note: It is enough to cut half a piece of kelp into pieces, and the remaining kelp can be used for salad, the best summer food!

佛系养生:海带陈皮淡菜黑豆猪骨汤

在亚米买了这款海带,终于开始做海带汤啦!煲汤最重要是料足和搭配合理,才能最大程度发挥出每一种食材的味道!



材料:海带(泡20分钟)、黑豆(泡两小时)、猪骨(出水)、陈皮一片、淡菜六颗(鲜味灵魂)、姜两片。


注:半片海带剪成片足够,剩下的海带可做凉拌,夏日最佳美食!
