Chop the celery, onion, and fennel again



Ginger is also minced



Squeeze the minced vegetable juice into the meat first.

Stir the meat stuffing well and take it out, put the vegetables in a bowl, add a little oil and stir well, then put the meat back and stir.



Come, come, start making dumplings. Do-it-yourself bags are all the same in the stomach. A few years ago, Liangliang didn't enter New Oriental to learn cooking, and it was all his own way of wrapping. Self-requirement is not high, and it is enough to not reveal the stuffing.

Enter the steamer to begin the final procedure. The steaming time varies according to the size of the pot. Steam this for fifteen to twenty minutes. It was eaten by us before it came out of the pot.~Fortunately, I stopped their claws in time and took a photo first.



The rest of the dumpling wrappers were used for wrapping shumai the next day. That was the first time I tried the shumai wrapping method. I thought that the little master would make cosmic shumai, and the result was amazing. Strange shape, well, it tastes delicious. These siu mai have the taste of hometown, stuffing made from glutinous rice, minced meat, shrimp paste, dried tofu, etc., now I think about it, my mouth waters!

【凉凉厨房】懒人食谱第四集

看到这标题就把几年前写得一篇食谱翻了出来并附上了当年的图。并命名为凉式秘制蒸饺为啥取这名字,因为听起来很高大上!想知道味道如何,那请客官慢慢看下去~


首先准备以下食材:

一磅牛肉

四分之一颗洋葱

三颗茴香叶

两片姜

五片芹菜杆

少许盐糖等其他你想添加的调料(自己喜好做出来的才是秘制)



首先把这一磅牛肉剁成馅,因为那时候剁馅这种活不知怎地就是默认是我的活(真舍得让一妹子剁馅)

也亏了他们让我练就了双刀神速剁馅刀法,想学此刀法请先拜师,哈哈哈!



再来把芹菜,洋葱,茴香切末



姜也切末



先把切末的菜汁挤在肉馅里。

再把肉馅搅拌好拿出来,把菜放进盆中加入少许油搅拌好再把肉放回去搅拌。



来来来,开始包饺子了。自己动手包的丑点吃肚子里都一个样。几年前的凉凉还没入新东方学习烹饪,都是自己摸索出来的包法。自我要求不高,不露馅就可以了。

入蒸锅开始最后的一道程序。根据锅子大小蒸得时间都不太一样。这个蒸了十五至二十分钟。没出锅就被我们瓜分吃完了~好在我及时制止他们的魔爪先拍了张照。



剩下的饺子皮第二天用来包烧卖,那是我第一次尝试烧卖包法,脑子想着小当家做得宇宙烧卖,结果包出了奇奇怪怪形状的,嘛,味道好吃就好了。这些烧卖有家乡的味道,糯米,肉末,虾泥,豆干等调制而成的馅,现在想想都口水直流!
