【秀羊厨房】培根土豆排骨

这道菜超好吃也超容易!

成品图如下👇像不像排骨!?我一直在给它想一个好听的名字暂时就这么叫吧,培根土豆做的排骨。


嘿嘿~培根烤出的油脂浸入土豆,土豆软糯,培根不腻!推荐给内们~



首先买一包培根。



培根对半切,土豆切条。取一半培根即可。



然后就给它们裹起来。像这样👇是不是像排骨!可以一口吃掉的假排骨!



蓝后,撒上辣椒粉,孜然粉(我一直用的万香源这款)很香!绿色的是basil,超市都有卖,放与不放都行。这次用的这一半培根较瘦所以需要刷一些油!肥的那一半可以不刷。
