【烘焙私厨】嗜甜少女的周末时光

【红丝绒蛋糕】Red Velvet Cake

1️⃣ 先做蛋糕部分~黄油和糖放到搅拌机里搅拌均匀后加入鸡蛋继续搅拌到蓬松。低筋粉、可可粉、泡打粉和盐过筛

2️⃣把食用色素 (红色很上色不要一次性倒太多哦)和香草精倒入Buttermilk里然后搅匀备用

3️⃣把混合好的干料倒入搅拌机里,再加入Buttermilk🥛🍯将混合好的蛋糕糊倒入铺好烘焙纸的蛋糕模具里 (烤箱可以先预热170)

4️⃣蛋糕糊入烤箱170度烤1小时左右,取出后可以切三层备用~

5️⃣然后是糖霜部分~我是直接超市买了现成儿的cream cheese frostingvanilla frosting (如果自己做也可以把黄油和奶油奶酪、加入香草精搅拌均匀)然后挤花朵做装饰🍰🌸🌺

【熊猫曲奇】Panda Cookie

1️⃣先把unsalted butter黄油拿出来室温软化一下,加入糖粉用打蛋器打散

2️⃣加入全蛋液和一丢丢香草精,搅打均匀

3️⃣面团分成两大份备用 (等下做熊猫头和身子部分)🐼

4️⃣第一份筛入130g面粉和8g可可粉 (颜色均匀的棕色),第二份筛入60g面粉 (熊猫脸和身上的原色)揉成团用保鲜膜包好放冰箱冷藏一会儿~

5️⃣压模时可以在面团上盖一片保鲜膜,用擀面杖擀至3毫米,用饼干切模切出熊猫形象🐼拼好熊猫眼和身上深色部分~

6️⃣烤箱预热180度,上下火,中层,烤制1015分钟可以出炉啦🤩

【水果磅蛋糕】Mixed Fruit Pound Cake

1️⃣低筋粉和泡打粉混合过筛,软化一下黄油后放入搅拌盆,用打蛋器搅拌至柔软乳霜状

2️⃣慢慢加入糖粉打发至发白蓬松,鸡蛋液打散慢慢加入,这里注意为了防止水油分离要和黄油充分搅拌均匀后再加入哦

3️⃣加入低筋粉和泡打粉混合物,然后继续搅拌到面糊有光泽

4️⃣加入准备好的水果 (Trader Joe’s买了糖水菠萝罐头和果干,菠萝是slide切好的搭配起来大小合适又美丽🍍也可以买新鲜水果自己切成丁混合🍇🍓) 5️⃣放入模具后烤箱预热170度,上下火,烘焙约半小时~表面微微裂开香气扑鼻🥧可以出炉脱模冷置啦🍰

【芋泥吐司卷】Taro Toast

1️⃣芋头去皮切块放进蒸锅里蒸,同时鸡蛋打撒放在旁边备用

2️⃣wholefoods买了全麦面包,把吐司切去边边儿,把每一片吐司的其中一端擀扁 (不同擀面杖也可以用勺子压扁)🥄

3️⃣趁热把蒸好的芋头用叉子压成泥状,加入幼糖,糯米粉和橄榔油拌均匀

4️⃣把芋泥涂抹在吐司片上,压紧卷起来,芝士条卷在中间 (推荐trader joe’smozzarella string cheese健康低卡)🧀头尾都沾上鸡蛋液

5️⃣少油小火~炸至微黄色,记得多翻动几次保证均匀上色酥酥脆脆🥖可以切成小段儿加热放凉都美味🤩
