黑糖糍粑。




本来想做网红脏脏茶 👉 黑糖珍珠。


一时懒癌犯了，叫小朋友搓了糯米团子做了黑糖糍粑。😂




吃的不多，所以量比较少。

四勺面粉🥄 加水搓到不粘就可以了。


黑糖两勺勺子 加水微波炉30秒叮到融化。


锅内预热。下丸子煎到表面微微焦黄。黑糖水倒入 大火转小火收汁。注意不要太干了 会变成拔丝。
















是不是很简单。

表面洒些桂花 香香的。

看到脏脏茶就是直接牛奶倒进去的 试了下这样也很好吃啊。
