sweet honey *flying on wings

Material:
Shredded ginger, garlic, chicken wings, honey.
(Chicken wings can be marinated in advance, I am lazy so I did not marinate)
Heat oil over high heat, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.
Then fry the chicken wings together.
Sauté for 5 minutes, cover and simmer until cooked through. (Simmer for 5 minutes) If it is too long, the chicken wings will be old and not tasty.
You can see that the bone marrow in the middle of the chicken bones has turned brown and the meat inside the chicken wings on the front is also cooked, and you can pour in the honey.

(The amount depends on the person, I have a heavy taste, of course it is medium sweet)

甜甜蜜蜜*比翼双飞

材料:
姜丝,蒜,鸡翼,蜜糖。
(鸡翼可以事先腌制好,我懒所以没有腌制)
大火热油,爆香姜丝蒜蓉。
接着把鸡翼一起爆炒。
炒5分钟盖上盖子焖熟透。(焖5分钟)太久的话鸡翼会老就不好吃了。
看到鸡骨头中间的骨髓变褐色正面鸡翼内部的肉也熟了,可以倒入蜜糖了。

(分量因人而定,我是重口味,当然是中等的甜)

炒炒炒,让蜜汁包裹着鸡翼。
金黄金黄的鸡翼。
调慢火,让蜜汁收干,黏稠。就可以关火,起锅。
洒上一些炒过的芝麻,立即散发出迷人的香味。
白饭配蜜糖鸡翼外加亚米经常断货的“北冰洋”饮料。(一定要冰冻过的)
绝配。
