很久之前螺蛳粉特别大火爆。几乎在每一个网红频道上都可以看见。


一下是两款购买过的螺蛳粉。


柳泉螺蛳粉


烹调介绍推荐的是提前泡软。不过我是直接煮。面比较软。

特点是这乱螺蛳粉的醋包是使用了有泡椒的醋。酸味属于果酸,比较自然。






好欢螺螺蛳粉


这款面体比较弹牙。汤包是液体而非酱料。从而汤底会比较清澈没有过多的沉淀物。


这款面的醋包使用的是米醋。辣油包是有辣度刻表的。这点非常贴心。

两款螺蛳粉都有很多的配料包。共同特点都是腐竹,花生,辣油,醋,萝卜干,笋丝等……
