Sauerkraut shredded is one of the products I will repurchase infinitely. In the hot summer, I make a pot of stewed vermicelli with sauerkraut, which is delicious and appetizing. Be sure to try it~< span class="s4">😋
The practice is also very simple:
1️⃣Heat oil in a pot, add minced garlic, stir fry until fragrant, add sliced meat, cooking wine, and fry until cooked.
2️⃣Add rinsed shredded sauerkraut [be sure to rinse, otherwise it will be very, very sour……]
3️⃣Add water, add vermicelli, cover and simmer
4️⃣Before serving, add chopped green onion, salt and harvest juice.

做法呢,也非常简单:
1️⃣锅内热油,放入蒜蓉,翻炒出香味,加入肉片,料酒,炒熟。
2️⃣加入冲洗过的酸菜丝【注意一定要冲洗,不然会非常非常酸……】
3️⃣加水,加粉条,上盖闷炖
4️⃣快出锅前,加葱花,盐,收汁。
然后就是一盘色香味俱全的东北名菜啦~
非常建议当顿吃完,剩下的话,粉条会比较容易黏在一起。😈
