【秀羊厨房】鱼香茄子

今天羊做的是鱼香茄子!草鸡开胃下饭哦。



首先需要两根茄子🍆



洗干净,用刀削成小块👇



姜粒,蒜片,郫县豆瓣酱,花椒。介个是黄飞红花生里面的花椒,很香很好吃!


重要的是这个糖醋酱汁:醋 生抽 白砂糖 一小勺淀粉


酱汁可以一边配,一边尝,尝着合适了就行。

热锅倒油,油热放入花椒,姜。爆香。
