刚好上次熟的辣椒吃完了,今天🐑又熟了一罐子

之前是从国内带辣椒过来的,吃完了。就在亚米买的这个辣椒面!也很香哦,可以无限回购了~除了熟油辣椒,还可以拿来烤排骨烤鸡腿啥的,都很香~



倒辣椒面到罐子里,搪瓷杯那种最好,玻璃的也行。倒小半杯。



准备香料:八角香叶桂皮



倒油,油热把香料炸一炸,炸香,捞出香料倒到瓶子里或者扔掉都行,油太热就稍微晾一晾



然后把热油倒进瓶子!用勺子🥄赶紧搅拌,使辣椒面受热均匀,油要多!图里👆油少了,我又热了一锅油。然后倒入芝麻!搅匀,不要盖盖子,待冷却以后再盖盖子。


tip:油温是熟油的关键!

       太低辣椒不香,太高就糊了!掌握好油温就掌握了一切

        勺子一定要搅拌均匀!!不然也不好吃哦!
