I really miss the stinky tofu from domestic roadside stalls.

“臭出新世界”-我爱臭豆腐
好想国内路边摊的臭豆腐。
（以为每晚晚自习返学，都会买一份来吃，宵夜）。
今天试吃：
乌辣妈 长沙臭豆腐。
（拌香菇干）
一包有 7小袋
每包里面有2块臭豆腐。和一些些香菇干，
（不丑，反而辣味很浓）
嘻嘻
昨晚炸鸡翅剩下的油。
热油（小火）
把臭豆腐干放进去炸，（注意安全，会溅出油花）
啪啪啪啪啪啪。油发出响声。
（炸会是逼出那种臭香味出来，姑妈严重投诉我，差点挨骂）。
放进去30秒就可以拿出来了。
久了会干硬，不好入口。
吸干多余的油份，上碟。
配料是 甜辣酱。
炸过看上去，更加的有食欲。
外脆，内嫩。
（就是形状不是很好看）
开动啦！
如果有香菜，蒜蓉，酸豆角，那就更赞了！
慢慢咀嚼，辣慢慢渗透出来。
可以当作宵夜，下午茶食用。
或者朋友聚会，聊天品酒的小零食。
会继续炸其他的牌子臭豆腐吃。（很好吃的，炸过后）
