就决定在家自己做。不就是切几块鸡胸or鸡腿肉🍗


事嘛!!



材料:鸡腿肉or鸡胸肉、生抽、米酒、番薯粉、五香粉、葱姜蒜、辣椒粉、黑胡椒和椒盐。




👆👆👆鸡肉切块,然后加一小碟生抽、适量米酒、五香粉、葱花、姜蒜片搅匀,腌上半小时。


接着在红薯粉中撒些黑胡椒粉和五香粉,再将腌制好的鸡肉放进去滚一圈沾粉。然后就烧热油让它下油锅吧!鸡肉炸成金黄色浮起就能捞起来喇,然后再撒些辣椒粉和椒盐!趁热吃吧!是不是超级简单!!!
