yami_featured_image 只要不对付吃饭,在家也可以吃上一碗热腾腾的卤牛肉面~🍜 我用的是台湾小磨坊的卤牛肉包~他们家的炸鸡粉也很好,下次分享再单说~这个卤牛肉包一盒三包,够做三顿卤煮的,一打开就能闻到很香的卤味,用起来也很简单~ 试着做了一次卤牛肉,用的是牛小排steak,Safeway买的不到8刀,做出来足够一顿两个人吃~牛肉焯水,这里很推荐铺一层小久保的滤纸,可以把牛肉上的浮沫,血水等等全部吸走~ 焯水完了之后可以加葱蒜把牛肉稍微炒一下,出香味了就可以丢炖锅啦! 炖锅我用的是instant pot,真的非常傻瓜好用!炒肉这个步骤也可以在instant pot里炒菜的那一档进行,肉炒出香味后丢进卤水包,加热水后选择炖肉档Meat stew 40分钟就好了~炖出来的肉超级软烂!吃起来一点都不像牛排🥩!下次要试一试番茄🍅炖牛腱~ 如果没有压力炖锅,普通的锅中火或者小火慢炖1个半小时也是差不多的~最后搭配日式细凉面超级下饭呐!不下馆子也可以在家给自己做顿好吃哒!❤️
