叉叉每日食谱——番茄炒蛋和爆炒牛肝
新学期开学第二周的周一~
昨天去离家远一点的Wal-Mart的时候发现里面多了好多东西 没有仔细逛 主要看了药品区和生肉区 发现有牛肝和毛肚什么的卖了 开心~可以吃火锅涮毛肚(小堡里啥都没有只能自给自足😭)了
买了牛肝 顺便给自己补充一下维生素A😝
FoodLion的大西红柿真的很好!!!我觉得比我之前经常买的带蒂的一串串的好一些 汁很多并且味道很好~酸酸甜甜 炒菜和凉拌都很不错
(这是腌牛肝)
准备工作:切牛肝加料酒姜丝淀粉黑胡椒抓一抓(我还加了一点油和蚝油) 打散鸡蛋加点盐 切彩椒 切西红柿 切姜蒜
番茄炒蛋的流程主要是:炒鸡蛋→盛出→炒番茄→加盐和糖(我吃酸的所以不会加很多糖 加一点点提鲜)→加鸡蛋→炒炒炒出锅
爆炒牛肝:热锅冷油爆姜蒜→炒牛肝至变色→加一勺郫县豆瓣酱(亚米买了一大罐😝因为之前袋装的用太快)→加彩椒(还可以加别的颜色的彩椒或者胡萝卜 但是我不喜欢胡萝卜🌚)→炒炒炒出锅 因为怕不熟所以我炒得比较久
饭是杂粮饭(我会说这是前天中午没吃完的吗😂 食量太小+昨天前天吃了两顿螺蛳粉所以留到了今天) 今天想到的摆盘方式是为了隔断番茄炒蛋的汤汁哈哈哈

现在我正在考虑晚饭吃什么但是我还不太饿😪本来打算做肉末炖蛋的但是感觉中午已经吃了两个鸡蛋了够多了 加上中午饭的量挺多吃完了还吃吃吃了别的所以到现在还不太饿🙈
那就容我再考虑考虑吧~
(补充 图中最远的那个盘子里就是8.26我生日时做番茄牛腩多出的西红柿做的凉拌西红柿 这种番茄的个头都挺大 而且用开水烫过之后特别好剥皮 用来做番茄牛腩真的一级棒!!!!)
