一想到打开电磁炉大火加油翻炒小菜就不乐意做菜了?

今天做的这款夏日凉拌菜非常清爽好吃,不需要翻炒,简单上手,夏天餐桌必备菜哟!👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩👩‍❤️‍💋‍👩








原材料:


红萝卜(120克) 

藕(160克) 

干木耳(5克)

荷兰豆(50克) 

辣椒面(2克)

大蒜6小瓣(25克)

姜(8克)

葱白(4克)

香菜叶适量

   



1. 红萝卜、藕削皮洗干净切薄片(切的越薄越好 这样拌的时候更利于入味)   荷兰豆去两边蒂洗干净  大蒜、姜去皮切末   葱白切小段  香菜留叶部备用


2 干木耳浸泡40分钟洗干净备用




3 锅中放水  烧开  放适量盐和香油  把木耳  藕片  红萝卜片  荷兰豆煮230  捞出沥干水备用

小蝶里放入辣椒面  蒜姜沫  葱白段  再放适量蚝油    老抽  香油搅拌均匀(不在减脂期的可以放一些糖  味道更加)   再另取一个锅烧个热油淋在碟子里搅拌均匀

把做好的汁料倒入煮好的蔬菜上  再放适量陈醋和生抽调味   撒上香菜叶  搅拌均匀(尝一下味道 淡了可以再加一点盐调味)
