Why is this potato braised pork ribs a secret recipe? It’s because some special care is added to it

* Step3:  Heat the pan Add a small amount of oil then only Add spare ribs to saute 

* Step4: Present the ribs Pour in new oil and heat it Add ginger slices < /span>Garlic Chips Dried Chili Dried Sichuan pepper Anise Cinnamon leaves and saute until fragrant Add an appropriate amount of bean paste to fry Red oil Then add the fried pork ribs Let the aroma of all seasonings slowly penetrate into the ribs! 



* Step5: Onion pieces are added next Pickled peppers and spareribs are simmered together on slow fire You can also add some rock sugar at this moment (Add pickled peppers to prevent the pickled peppers from being too sour) 3< span class="s5">After a few minutes, pour in the sliced potatoes and add water to simmer.25minutes is enough< /span>

【格格的厨房】香气飘飘的秘制川味土豆烧排骨😋

今日菜单😁

已经好长一段时间没有认认真真分享过食谱啦 今天的【格格的厨房】想要给大家分享一款我和男朋友都超级爱吃的——秘制川味土豆烧排骨!🥔 我俩只要吃这个菜 每次至少两碗饭! 为什么说这个土豆烧排骨是秘制呢那是因为有些特别的小心思加在里面



调料预备🍽

土豆烧排骨作为一道深受四川人喜欢的家常菜 也是一款家家户户都会做的菜~那么今天格格就要分享一款我的做法!

首先需要准备食材: 

  土豆排骨

洋葱 姜葱蒜 香菜 泡椒 干辣椒 干花椒 香叶 桂皮 八角(适量)


👩🏻‍🍳制作过程👩🏻‍🍳

接下来开始制作啦👇🏻

* Step1: 水烧开加入适量料酒 然后排骨焯水去腥 捞出后用温水洗干净备用

* Step2: 洋葱切块 土豆切滚刀(过水去淀粉)

* Step3:  锅烧热 加入少量油 然后只加入排骨爆香 

* Step4: 呈出排骨 倒入新的油烧热 加入姜片 蒜片 干辣椒 干花椒 八角 桂皮香叶爆香 再加入适量的豆瓣酱炒出红油 接着再加入爆好的排骨 让所有调料的香味慢慢的渗透进排骨里面! 



* Step5: 接着才加入洋葱块 泡椒和排骨一起慢火焖炒 此刻还可以再加入适量冰糖 (后面加泡椒是为了防止泡椒过于炝鼻) 3分钟后倒入切好的土豆加水一起焖烧25分钟就可以了啊



* Step6: 大功告成加入适量鸡精调味 起锅撒上香菜和葱 香气四溢!
