Delicious 85°C Baiyu Dongpo Crisp

7Early pre-ordered two boxes at the beginning of the month85degreesc Taiwanese moon cakes, elongated necks, etc., etc., at last< span class="s1">9I received it in the first week of the month! This is the second year I have repurchased. I have always disliked typical mooncakes that are too greasy and too high in powdered sugar. 85degree Taiwanese mooncakes are my favorite from packaging design to taste.



Yami packs it carefully, and the two boxes are not broken at all! The red flip-top carton with gold lettering is neatly arranged with three flavors of individually packaged desktop mooncakes. Taro Mochi Crisp, Baiyu Dongpo Crisp, and Bean Paste and Egg Yolk Crisp each.



Same as last year, the shelf life is very short, and the moon cakes received on 7, 13,14 is about to expire. However, fresh mooncakes without preservatives are still safe to eat.






My favorite is the award-winning Baiyu Dongpo Crisp, which can be eaten at one time5Layered flavors. The puff pastry is filled with red bean paste, mochi, meat floss, walnuts, and egg yolk. The top layer of puff pastry is also topped with cheese, which is a perfect mix of salty and sweet. Every bite is a treat. Taro Mochi Crisp is another delicious one. The taro is thin and fluffy, mixed with the large mochi inside, put it in the microwave before eating10seconds, the mochi will be special QBounce. The last bean paste and egg yolk crisp is quite satisfactory, but it is delicious but not as surprising as the previous two. 85The characteristics of the degree are that it is not too oily and the sweetness is moderate. It should continue to be supported next year. Just don't dare to order too much, I'm afraid I won't be able to eat it all within the shelf life.



Oh, by the way, the pre-ordered mooncakes also come with Dezhuang's hot pot base, so I can eat more hot pot when the weather turns cold.

好吃的85度C白玉東坡酥

7月初就提早預購了兩盒85c的台式月餅,拉長脖子等啊等,總算在9月的第一禮拜收到啦!這已經是第二年回購了,一向不喜歡過於油膩跟糖粉過高的典型月餅。85度的台式月餅從包裝設計到口味都是我喜歡的型。



亞米很用心的包裝好,兩盒完全沒有碎掉喔!紅色掀蓋式紙盒搭配著金色字樣,裡面整齊排列著三種口味獨立包裝的台式月餅。芋頭麻糬酥,白玉東坡酥,還有豆沙蛋黃酥各三顆。



跟去年一樣保質期非常短,7號才收到的月餅,1314號就要過期了。但是沒有防腐劑的新鮮月餅還是吃的比較放心。






最喜歡的是得獎的白玉東坡酥,一次可以吃到5層口味。酥皮內陷包著紅豆沙,麻糬,肉鬆,核桃,還有蛋黃,酥皮上層還加上了芝士,完美混合了鹹跟甜,每咬一口都是享受。芋頭麻糬酥也是另外比較好吃的一款。芋頭細細綿綿的,混合著裡面大顆的麻糬,吃之前放微波爐加熱10秒,麻糬就會特別Q彈。最後的豆沙蛋黃酥就比較中規中矩,好吃卻沒有之前兩款那麼多驚喜。85度的特色是不會太油,甜味也是適中,明年應該還是會繼續支持。就是不敢訂太多,怕在保質期內吃不完。



喔,對了,預購月餅還送了德莊的火鍋底,趁天氣轉冷正好可以多吃火鍋了。
