【格格探店•图森】吉祥阁 新厨师新味道 品四川好滋味🌶️

1⃣️环境:Panda house吉祥阁是最近两年才开的新餐厅 所以整体环境看上去还是不错的~店铺的装修简简单单 还比较宽敞很舒服! 并且最有特色一点就是这个中餐厅的装修还结合了我们学校的吉祥物Wildcats 再搭配我们Arizona的红蓝色系挺🆒~




2⃣️味道: 换了厨师以后 我觉得整体味道算是我们村里&我心里的第二名(第一是我爱吃的烤鱼哈哈😄) 以下三个是我最推荐的菜品!


🐔口水鸡: 这个口水鸡是真心的村里做的色香味都最好的了~不论是选材还是做法都是我很喜欢的比较还原四川凉拌鸡的味道的了!!! 鸡肉不是选的那种鸡腿肉 因为净瘦肉吃鸡来口感会非常的柴! 这个选用的应该是整鸡煮熟之后宰的~不得不说现在这个新的重庆师傅真的很厉害 不仅完整的保留了鸡的皮 还让鸡做出来非常的滑嫩! (虽然我并不吃鸡皮) 鸡肉的味道也是一级赞 红油非常的多显得很饱满 能够完完全全把鸡拌入味 红油油而不腻 非常的香! 还有香香脆脆的酥花生米和红油里的白芝麻 整道菜的小细节都处理的很好!! 从而促成了一道完美的麻辣鲜香又滑嫩的口水鸡 就这一个菜就可以下一碗饭真心好吃!




🐷川味回锅肉: 说实话我基本从来不尝试美国的中餐厅里面的回锅肉 因为吃过两次简直就是对川菜灵魂回锅肉的亵渎!!!! 这次想要点回锅肉是男朋友很想吃于是就点了 他家的回锅肉是我理想的薄薄的回锅肉搭配青椒和蒜苗! 喜欢这种经典的搭配 简简单单却最真实 口感的确比其他中餐厅的回锅肉好~回锅肉有经典川味的微甜的感觉 但是呢就是蒜苗少了点儿!!! 而且肉还需要辩干一些菜更好吃!




🥓蒜香排骨: 讲真这道菜哦真的从小可能就吃过一辆吃吧...因为我比较喜欢吃红烧排骨 不是很喜欢油炸类的排骨什么的所以也很少触及感觉会油油腻腻的...但是这个椒盐排骨和我想象的不一样 是属于那种很像妈妈炸出来的酥肉的味道 干香干香的 外面炸得焦焦的里面肉质也还是比较软绵还不错诶!!!不过我完全没吃出它是蒜香味道 没有什么蒜味 也没有蒜粒😭感觉这点儿需要改进一下 因为男朋友说他超爱吃这个 一定要满满的蒜才香!! 





3⃣️服务: 还挺不错的 店里有个年轻的小哥和一个东北的阿姨 都非常的热情~关键是从来不乱七八糟推荐菜!!!
