叉叉这一年做过的美食——茄汁大虾

不需要很麻烦调味的菜菜——茄汁大虾   


这里茄是番茄的意思哦~     


上学期期末之前我做虾除了和芦笋/西兰花炒或者加在炒饭里以外做的最多的就是茄汁大虾了   因为朋友不吃辣又爱酸酸甜甜的味道(直到后来我get了油焖大虾的做法…)

Q弹的虾仁配上酸酸甜甜的酱汁   怎么样是不是很心动~~~那么就让我们来看一看茄汁大虾是怎么做的吧~

需要的材料不多:虾仁   蒜末   淀粉   料酒   番茄酱   白砂糖


虾仁加蒜末   一点点料酒还有一点点淀粉抓一抓腌制十分钟

热锅加油   然后放入虾仁煎至两面变白   盛出备用 

锅里再放点油   加入蒜末炒香   再加入番茄酱和糖调匀   糖的量可以边放边尝味道   喜欢吃酸的就少放一点喜欢吃甜的就多放一点~


混合均匀糖化完后倒入虾仁翻炒   使虾仁两面都均匀沾上酱    然后就可以出锅啦~~~


👇🏻一个偷懒的方法:煎完虾仁后把虾仁拨到锅的另一边   然后在另一边(火上)做酱   这样就免去了洗一个装虾仁盘子的麻烦~





然后好好摆个盘就可以开吃啦😝


这个是上次最后几个所以就摆在黑椒牛仔骨旁边了(上面那个锅里的也是😝)   再配上煎豆腐和辣椒面   冰箱里拿一盒维他柠檬茶   简直天堂😆
