We strongly recommend this wonton skin from Weiquan, the skin is light yellow, super thin and easy to wrap.

😈厨房:快手馄饨






毕竟不是在国内,晚上肚饿的时候没有现成的夜宵买,在买过超市的皮变厚馅超少的速冻饺子后,我都是自己来做馄饨包子饺子……

皮薄馅大动起手来!

今天分享的是素馅馄饨,包起来很快哦,很适合新手小白或做饭时间比较少的亲们~





最花时间的是摘韭菜,把韭菜洗净尽量切的碎一些,炒鸡蛋同样切碎,加黑胡椒和少量盐,熟油,拌匀待用。





强烈推荐味全的这个云吞皮,皮有淡淡的黄色,超级薄,而且很容易包起来。





包的手法可以自己查,差不多就行,我比较喜欢包成小元宝。





大部分我会放入冰箱冷冻起来,下次吃。

新鲜包好的馄饨也可以煮水来煮,很容易熟,大概都不到10分钟就好了。





加生抽,醋和老干妈,香菜,香喷喷的一碗馄饨就做好了~





买现成的皮包起来会很省时间,一包皮大概能包60个馄饨...算上准备馅的时间,我大概不到两个小时能包好……心灵手巧的妹子一定能包的更快哒!💪🏻
