所以,鲜虾粥是我最喜欢的粥品之一,也就一点都不奇怪了。


🦐🦐🦐几乎每个星期,我都要做一次鲜虾粥来抚慰一下我辛苦若干天的胃以及心灵。我就来说说我自己做的快手鲜虾粥。我都是以最方便简单然而好吃美味为追求的,当然比不上大厨级别,只是非常非常简单的家常风味,我自己吃的满足开心就好,所以高手莫拍哦~~~


准备的材料很简单。首先是先准备一锅粥。我现在都是电压力锅煮一锅,很方便,电饭锅也行,几十分钟就好,我就不放照片了。煮粥的过程里正好准备其他食材。




主角当然是虾啦。




我一般买一磅。

🦐🦐🦐煮鲜虾粥一般来说是没什么秘笈和窍门的,如果一定要说有,那就是我自己摸索出来的切身体验了:秘笈是——带虾头的整虾🦐

为啥呢?因为🦐的虾头里有虾黄啊,鲜香无比的虾黄啊!会为鲜虾粥带来更高鲜美口感的虾黄啊!!买纯虾仁是不会有虾黄的。我是非常喜欢虾黄的,当然如果有人只喜欢虾仁不喜欢虾黄,就把我这一步省略了就好。

当然整虾的缺点就是吃起来比较麻烦,但为了虾黄,我宁愿麻烦😂😂😂

🦐🦐🦐既然是简单的鲜虾粥,其他也没什么要准备的大件了,葱花和姜丝即可。

🦐🦐🦐处理虾大家应该都会了吧,流水清洗完表面的时候把虾头略微掰开洗洗,注意不要把虾黄都冲没了哦



🦐🦐🦐然后用牙签在壳的交界处戳进去挑出肠线


🦐🦐🦐所有的虾洗好,用料酒少许腌制到粥煮好



🦐🦐🦐用电压力锅煮好粥以后,搅匀最好换到可以在火上用的大锅里,我家是电炉,所以就懒得换。其实不粘锅最好,因为粥其实很容易糊,不粘锅省事些。或者有人喜欢砂锅也行。


煮到粥冒泡以后放入葱姜。



🦐🦐🦐撒上适量胡椒粉,我口味重,喜欢偏辣,所以放的多些




OK,放入腌好的虾,盐,切记一定要全程兜底搅拌,不要太大的火,维持冒泡就行。注意不要让蹦出的泡泡或热气烫到了。搅上大约十分钟就好了。可以出锅了。
