上次想省事做了一次香煎的,有点硬,不成功。吃起来费牙。。。


这次打算用烤箱,万能的华人能不能给个详细的方子。比如酱的比例,多少度烤多久,要不要用锡纸包起来。。。要又香又软的。


这次一定要成功呀,不想再浪费我的牛仔骨和酱们和感情了。。。。

原料:

牛仔骨薄片约2lb、卡夫烧烤酱、蜂蜜、老抽。

做法:

1、把所有调味料放进一个大碗里调匀;
