
【Cool Summer Fitness Diary】One month Pilates shaping diary

Forgive the diary I wanted to post in the summer for dragging my mind until now (late stage of lazy cancer), let’s take a comparison chart of a one-month cycle first
The following begins my summary of Xin Li's diary.

It is said that25 is in shape, so I was determined to hurry up Be tough on yourself before that! I, who never exercised, began to make up my mind to complete 28days of Pilates1.0Training! From the first day Pilates punched in and shouted"Oh, no, I can't hold on anymore, it's too difficult! ”And then every night, I was dragged by my roommates to check in and spend the day like a walking dead. After six or seven days, the muscles of the body got used to the soreness, and now I can finish four sets every night without any pressure (although some movements are not standard), and I can still jump up and down the stairs. I persevere. I found a little trick today, doing Pilates while doing dramas, time xiu xiu gets old quickly, and then Don't worry about every time you do an action, thinking that it's not time yet🙄️

May not see any changes every day, but it is only after the comparison chart that I find that it really works. This is my nine-day change, with 28days remaining from my clock-in record19days!

28days of training include four days of rest without practice. That is 24days of tutorial, now half of it has passed, let's see the effect

It is said that the effect of diet is more significant, but how can the mouth of the foodie abuse itself in terms of diet, what to eat and drink, what snail noodles, roast duck, barbecued pork, milk tea, snacks Do not pull at all!
Persistence is victory, and it will be over in a few days! Thinking of eating hot pot and cake tomorrow will be good~

The symptoms of discomfort in the early stage were completely gone in the follow-up. After doing the four sets of movements in one breath, the face did not turn red or breathless. If someone keeps me going I think I'll keep my shape. It's a pity that I belong to no one to take me with no motivation. So now I'm back again!

The last lesson is to persevere! Persistence is victory! Although I am not standard in some actions, I am the most obvious one among my roommates! Because just two words: Persevere!

【凉凉夏天健身日记】普拉提一个月塑形日记

原谅我夏天想发的日记拖到现在才想起来(懒癌晚期凉)先来个一个月周期的对比图
下面开始我的辛沥日记总结。
适合明年夏天想穿的美美的姑娘速度瘦身大法!

都说25岁后就定型了,所以我下定决心赶在那之前对自己狠一点!从来不运动的我在室友的带动下开始下定决心完成28天普拉提1.0训练!从第一天普拉提打卡嗷嗷叫喊着“啊,不行了,坚持不住了,太难了!”然后每天晚上生无可恋的被室友拖着坚持打卡以及白天行尸走肉般的度过。六七天后身体肌肉适应了酸痛到如今每晚四组毫无压力的做完(虽然有些动作并不标准规范)并且还能活蹦乱跳的上下楼梯,不得不说这得多亏了我俩室友逼着我坚持下来。今天发觉一个小技巧,边做普拉提边刷剧,时间xiu xiu的过得老快了,再也不担心每做一个动作就想着咋还没到时间🙄️

开始的日常对话是:好难受、好想吃东西、卡路里啊、苍天啊!





也许每天看不出什么变化,但有了对比图才发现真的有效果。这是我九天的变化,离我的28天打卡记录还剩19天!

28天训练里有四天休息不用练。也就是24天教程,如今过去了一半了,看看效果吧

说得饮食搭配着效果更显著,但吃货的嘴怎么可能在饮食方面虐待自己,该吃吃该喝喝,什么螺蛳粉,烤鸭,叉烧,奶茶,零食一点不拉!
坚持就是胜利,还有几天就结束啦!想到明天要吃火锅,还要吃蛋糕就好开森~

这是最后一个“疗程”结束后的我!

前期的不适症状在后续里完全没有了,一口气做完四组动作后脸不红气不喘色不变。如果有人带着我继续坚持下去我想我会一直保持我的这身材。可惜我属于没有人带着我就没有动力。所以如今的我又反弹回去啦!
记录那次完美普拉提打卡、我洗完澡拍张大长腿留作纪念!

最后心得就是要坚持!坚持才是胜利!有的动作虽然我做不标准,但我是室友之间看起来最明显那位!因为就俩字:坚持!
