Mexican corn husk, cheese, spicy red oil, mushrooms, avocado, pan-fried fruit, half a block of butter.

又是墨西哥手卷。

我们来到了part3

因为每次都是买不起材料,

加上真心的很好吃!

材料:
墨西哥玉米皮,起司,麻辣红油,蘑菇,牛油果,平板煎果,牛油半块。
(这次又忘记了,青柠檬和香菜)。
平班煎锅放上牛肉(等至溶化)。
放上已经腌制好的牛肉粒。
(个人觉得牛肉粒越小粒越容易入口)。
牛肉半熟就可以放下香菇。
(让香菇去吸收牛肉的汁液)。
我已经无法脱离麻辣红油了。
这是我2018年最爱的一款辣椒油。
我煮什么都加些进去。
然而,现在有缺货了。。而我的麻辣红油只剩下一点点了。
麻辣红油炒牛肉特香。
加点洋葱碎。
(吃起来不油腻)
煎cha不多,吧玉米皮放在煎锅边边,烤一下,吸收麻辣红油的酱汁。
玉米皮必须2面都要烤一下,这才会入味。
然后把其实放上面。
 然后依次的加上牛肉,牛油果,在多加起司。
饼皮酥脆,麻辣适中,味道真的超级棒的。
中国与墨西哥的食材融合。
炸翻了。(好吃)
配搭配一些饮品。可乐,或者白桃饮料。(记得加冰)
啊哈!
