叉叉每日食谱——青椒木耳丝炒牛肉丝(卷饼)

找到偷懒的办法了!!!!!    


每天都在纠结吃什么   昨天晚上溜出去逛超市的时候在foodlion买了牛肉片(巨大)和牛小排   冰箱里两个青椒三个小彩椒放了快半个月   本来打算炒生菜虾仁的   想了想还是把青椒解决了吧


于是有了这个↓很随意的一餐   制作过程也十分随意基本是看到啥觉得可以用就加进去了🤣


装盘的时候摆歪了……_(:」ㄥ)_

首先准备食材   本来我是打算做青红椒牛肉丝的


青椒红椒切丝   


蒜拍了随便切一切


姜切末(不加也可以)


小米辣切小圈


***:翻我的食材/调料抽屉的时候翻出一小袋木耳   只剩一点了干脆泡了   想着怎么处理()的时候想到能不能加到这个菜里   于是

牛肉切丝   加一点酱油一点蚝油一点料酒抓匀腌制  


foodlion卖的牛肉片巨大我昨天分装好后留了两天给今天炒   切丝的时候发现巨多只用吃菜不用吃饭那么多🤣


翻柜子又翻出伞塔牌酸辣拌面酱   快过期了的   想着最近得尽快处理了   于是打算中午吃拌面  我面都拿出来了(上次剩的味川柳干面)   突发奇想用这个拌面酱腌牛肉会如何👇🏻


于是我就倒了半袋进去(倒多了怕咸)


其实我也不知道这个是酸辣拌面酱还是担担面拌面酱它被孤立在外面了🌚

锅里倒油烧热   加入姜蒜和小米辣炒香炒辣   然后倒入牛肉丝翻炒至变色   盛出

锅里加一点油   青红椒丝和木耳丝倒入翻炒至变软   加入牛肉丝一起炒   出锅

本来准备煮面的看到这么大锅菜觉得煮面了也吃不了多少灵机一动想到早上早餐   要不热两个饼吧←感觉以后都可以这样偷懒了……


于是炒青椒的时候我就另起一锅开始热饼   菜炒完两个饼也热完了   两边都热气腾腾~~

夹一些菜到饼上   卷一卷   嗷呜一大口    整体味道是不错的    没有偏咸    但是依然不怎么辣………


是的又是上次油焖鸡那个小米辣🌚实名制diss它了   它不配做小米辣  


想吃野山椒炒牛肉丝˃̣̣̥᷄˂̣̣̥᷅





超满足!!!!!!而且木耳丝简直是意外之喜!!!很脆口    和青椒丝或者牛肉丝一起吃都很搭!!!!(说饿了…)

之前我拿火锅底料炒过麻辣鸡脖👇🏻


鸡脖子Wal-Mart有时候会有卖   很便宜   


切小块后焯水   锅里加入火锅底料   油热后加入沥干水的鸡脖翻炒均匀就可以了


同理也可以炒别的菜   


那么今天我get到的就是——是不是拌面酱也可以用来炒菜   这样都不用调味🤣
