Fragrant Sesame Oil Chicken Rice! It's dinner time!

This is my favorite electric pot sesame oil chicken rice!


When sesame oil, rice wine, shiitake mushrooms and chicken come together to produce that fragrant flavor

Ingredients: ginger, sesame oil rice wine, chicken thigh, shiitake mushroom, rice


Sliced ginger, soaked shiitake mushrooms, do not throw away the shiitake mushroom water! Wash the rice in the electric pot


Drain the water.


Cut chicken thighs, add a little salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, rice wine


Go grab the chicken and marinate it! About 10minutes......


It's good to put a little of these marinades, the taste of the marinade is too strong, it will make the sesame oil and wine aroma

Boil the pot! Under the sesame oil , small! fire! Stir in ginger slices.


Remember to simmer slowly, don't worry, ginger is easy to paste and become bitter


Stir until the edges of the ginger slices are rolled up, success!





Put the sliced shiitake mushrooms, and the marinated chicken thighs in the pan and fry with ginger until fragrant


While frying, sprinkle the rice wine from the side of the pot, it doesn't matter if you add a little more


Fry until the chicken changes color


Start seasoning:


Salt, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, taste if it is salty enough, the taste should be heavy


Some are fine, otherwise the taste will be diluted by waiting to put water in the electric cooker.






Put everything into a rice cooker, add water for soaking shiitake mushrooms, love health care


If it's not too troublesome, you can add a handful of wolfberry and red dates.


Remember to press the cooker switch! Done!


(Actually, I have tried several times to cook and forget to press the switch of the rice cooker...embarrassed)





Warm reminder!


The amount of water should be half a cup more than that of ordinary cooking, otherwise it's just a matter of feeling haha


~Don't be afraid! It's okay to fail, just eat it😄


If the rice is too sticky or too watery after cooking, press the switch again


Cook for a few minutes.


It is also delicious to add soy sauce and sesame oil if it is not salty enough!

香喷喷麻油鸡饭!开饭啦!

这是我最爱做的电锅麻油鸡饭!


当麻油,米酒,香菇和鸡凑在一起,产生那香喷喷的味


道,还有独特的美味,包裹着每一粒米饭。


口水要流了吧....想吃吗.....来做!





食材:姜,麻油米酒,鸡腿肉,香菇,米饭


姜切片,香菇泡着,香菇水不要倒掉!米洗好放电锅里


把水分倒干。


鸡腿肉切块,放一点点盐,糖,胡椒粉,酱油,米酒下


去把鸡肉抓起来腌了!大概10分钟就好......


这些腌料放一点点就好,腌的味道太重会把麻油和酒香


味夺走






开锅!下麻油 ,小!火!煸姜片。


记住一点要小火慢慢煸,不要着急,姜很容易糊变苦


煸到姜片的边卷起,成功!





放切好的香菇,还有腌好的鸡腿肉下锅和姜片一起炒香


炒的时候把米酒从锅边潇洒地洒入,加多一点没关系


炒到鸡肉变色就行


开始调味:


盐,糖,酱油,麻油,尝一下够不够咸,味道应该下重


一些没关系,不然等等在电锅里放水会把味道冲淡。






把所有东西放进电饭锅里,加入泡香菇的水,爱养生又


不嫌麻烦的可以加一把枸杞子和红枣下去。


记得按下电锅开关!完事!


(其实我试过好几次做饭忘记按电饭锅开关...尴尬)





温馨提示!


水放的量比普通煮饭多半杯就行,不然就凭感觉吧哈哈


~别怕!失败也没关系,能吃就行😄


如果煮完后觉得饭太黏稠,水分太多就再按一次开关再


煮个几分钟就行。


完成后不够咸的放点酱油和麻油下去也是很美味的!
