我对早餐的诉求，就一个字，快！！！！！！！！
沉迷睡觉，使我每天可以毫无知觉的按掉闹钟一觉睡到要迟到，，，，，，
七分钟早餐，了解一下🙂
首先，我要分享一个非常好吃，但是我再也不会买了的面包，嘻嘻🙂
之前在甜品分享里，跟大家分享了Trader Joes的一款面包，为什么不用那个呢？？
这不是想减肥么，就换了一种面包吃
这个面包，口感很软，我买的时候还一度以为会是那种，，，那种，，，怎么说，有点硬的全麦面包那种口感，没想到是非常软的口感，挺香，好吃！！
为什么再也不会买了呢？？
因为它的保质期，，，只有，，，一到两天，，，一。。。到。。。两。。。天。。。我有一天突然发现它霉掉了，吓得我哟。。。
回归快速早餐的正题，就拿出面包片咯，放在盘子里碗里，因为要夹东西，建议大家选择稍稍大一点的面包片，我试图用过那个甜的缺德舅夹过一次东西，太小了，包不住。
然后，煎个蛋，煎个火腿片

我是一个拒绝吃单独蛋黄的人，包括煮鸡蛋里的蛋黄，煎鸡蛋里的蛋黄，全熟的半熟的。。。NO！！所以我煎蛋的时候会把蛋黄特意打散一些，这个就是，，，eng，，，个人爱好，个人爱好哈，，，
然后放在面包上~~就OK啦~~
所以隔壁的半片面包片用来干嘛呢，，，
用来推荐另一个甜甜的东西！！

Anyway, 从我进厨房，包括发呆，拍照，翻箱倒柜，到开吃，我记得，七分钟左右吧。
