叉叉这一年做过的美食——杂谈篇3(最终篇)

手机发长文章又开始错图了   电脑发一下   中午发出去就开始审核了的这个~

啊啊啊我的手要断啦 这些都简单说 主要说一些小技巧!!!!


首先还记得我上次说的红翻天鲜剁椒吗!!!!鸡胗绝配!!!!!

鸡胗切丝或者切片后加料酒然后加一大坨红翻天剁椒抓匀扔冰箱过夜(或者4小时 大概就是一个下午or一个晚上)

随便怎么炒都好吃啊!!!!!记得开大火爆炒


干豆角也可以成为家中常备~反正经得起长久放置

是那种细长的豆角

锅里烧开水放入豆角(可以整根也可以先切断) 煮至豆角完全变色(变深绿)捞出晾干 然后放在有太阳的地方晒几天就OK

我是整根挂衣架上 衣架挂百叶窗上晒的

正常形态应该是褐色

干豆角好吃!!!炒菜炖肉都好吃!!!给生活多添些花样吧!!!!!!!!


某次在我家聚餐的时候做的因为想吃家里那种烧冬瓜了

冬瓜应该再多煎一会儿 煎得一点点焦那样


如果吃厌了煮饺子试试煎饺

先锅里加油下速冻饺子煎一煎 然后倒半杯水盖锅盖水煎直到水煎干

我妈还会用水+淀粉那样下面会结成一整片 是个脆片 用鸡蛋也可以





也是聚餐的时候做的 我这个cs大厨还是蛮敬业的_(:з)∠)_

唯一记得倒了一整罐可乐进去…


蛋清+牛奶+糖搅拌均匀 容器盖保鲜膜用牙签在膜上扎孔大火蒸8分钟

上面随便放什么都可以 任你喜欢~


某日工作餐 饭+亚米买的一个日式三文鱼拌饭料 捏吧捏吧就成了

带去学校中午微波炉叮一下就OK


虽然是土豆烧排骨但是被我加了豆角芦笋胡萝卜… 

人啊就是要多吃蔬菜!!!!!


炸鱼我发现一个很好的方法是YouTube看来的 YouTuber好像叫小高姐 Google小高姐炸鱼就能搜出来

做出来真的很好吃!!!童叟无欺


懒人秘技——火锅底料煮乱七八糟

说他是冒菜他就是冒菜说他是麻辣烫他就是麻辣烫

你说他是火锅也行啊 都一样

非常省时间 一煮一大锅

可选性十分高!!!适合什么都想吃但是吃不下单一一大份的时候!!!!


从此我再没有做过蒜蓉西兰花炒虾仁

热油加干辣椒(好辣!!!)蒜和花椒炒香 下虾仁炒熟

加入酱油和蚝油翻炒均匀 出锅

十分方便 又十分下饭 爱它~~~~

终于差不多写完了!!!!之前的图都从微博找了好多图

再有漏掉的以后再补吧~这一年做的美食七七八八也说了大半了

以后还会继续在厨房搞事情的哈哈哈
