【炸鸡厨房】超简单的低糖酸奶舒芙蕾松饼唤醒你的一天!

前两天看到阿老师的舒芙蕾松饼食谱,立刻手痒想要开始做,但是最近脸上长痘痘啊不敢吃太多糖,于是改了一下方子做了个炸鸡版的低糖酸奶松饼。

材料:低筋面粉45g,香蕉酸奶113g(,松饼里只加60g,留一半淋在上面),鸡蛋两个,泡打粉一点点,盐一小撮,香草精几滴(没有就算了)

在这里安利一下trader joe's家的香蕉酸奶!那种小小罐的,香蕉味特别浓郁口感很厚!可惜没有全部是香蕉的,每次只能买一板六个里面有三个香蕉三个草莓口味的。

这次用到的就是一罐香蕉酸奶的量。


首先把蛋清蛋黄分开,蛋清打发到硬性发泡。

蛋黄加入酸奶,盐和香草精。

面粉和泡打粉混合之后筛入蛋黄糊。

其实直接倒到锅里煎就好,我稍微作了一把,用模具造了一下形。面糊倒八分满就可以啦,盖锅焖两分钟,看看上面有孔稍稍凝固了就可以翻面,再焖个一两分钟就可以出锅啦!

稍微有点黏在圈上所以周围没有很平整,但是味道绝对是一顶一的好吃!而且完全够甜,靠酸奶本身的甜味(因为这里不会另外加糖,所以就不要加低糖或者无糖酸奶啦)

剩下的半罐酸奶加点牛奶(我用的10ml左右腰果奶混合做成酸奶淋酱),比奶油健康不少噢!
