幸福❤️两人食 | Day5 川菜不止麻辣 还有糖醋美味😋

今天事情好多 下午去sephora店里抢购 下午去逛了超市买了一些家里的补给品~回家之后就好累啊 再说今天和男朋友想着是周末就出去吃了晚饭! 所以今天的#两人食#是来自前几天的晚餐啦~想要给大家分享一波超级好吃的川菜——糖醋排骨! 虽然说这按道理说不是完完全全的川菜 但是四川地区也的确非常流行 也做得非常好!


👉今日份餐点:

①糖醋排骨



糖醋排骨也算是我喜欢的唯一一道糖醋味道的菜了 也可以说是我唯一能够接受的甜酸味道的东西! 这也是我第一次做糖醋排骨 就是前几天看到一本川菜书上的糖醋排骨就要流口水了 于是想着自己可以尝试一波~其实糖醋排骨并不难做 但是就是要掌握好比例 才能够调出很好的糖醋汁 妈妈给我的建议就是1:2:3:4(料酒、酱油,米醋,白糖 115g) 这样做出来的糖醋排骨不会过分的甜腻闷人 反而汤汁饱满 酱汁浑厚 超级浓郁的甜香味道 最后撒上芝麻真的无敌完美!


②干煸苦瓜

我和男朋友都特别喜欢吃干煸苦瓜~干煸苦瓜比清炒苦瓜好吃的地方就是干煸之后去除了多余的苦味 苦瓜更加的清香入味 简简单单加点儿干辣椒和蒜片炒炒就超级好吃了!


③番茄炒

国民家常菜 偶尔吃吃还不错 清淡饮食必备! 特别喜欢番茄炒蛋能先吧番茄炒出一点儿汁水 加上鸡蛋的蛋香味道拿来泡饭很好吃!

最后还有自己打的豆浆 豆香浓郁 营养健康 很适合早上当早餐呢😁!
