今天小村儿来祭上自己多年腌制牛排的秘方,我保证用它腌制出来的牛排,口味甩外面店里几条街!自从自家做了这个牛排,我家大李完全爱上,在外面都夸自家的牛排口味是最好哒!用的就是👇两个酱料,韩国🇰🇷BBQ source+李锦记黑椒汁。




用料的比例是黑椒汁2:BBQ1,记住黑椒汁一定更多些,BBQ只是为了增加甜味,让整个味蕾更上一层楼。李锦记的黑椒汁就是一款我没有它会的酱料。


下面我们来制作牛排吧!


1. 准备一个烤盘,上面铺上锡纸,把一块牛排🥩放在锡纸上;
