Japanese Steak Curry Rice (served in 10 minutes)





Delicious Japanese curry rice, simple and easy to make. Let's try it.


This time I used the Vermont Japanese curry, which is sweet and savory, one after another.




How1:


Sliced steak, flipped on both sides for about 5cooked and transferred to a plate.


Note: After the steak is sandwiched, the residual temperature will reach 7-8 medium rare .  




How2:


Put the onion and carrot into the frying steak pan, stir fry, add water and curry cubes, and simmer 7-8 minutes.

日式牛排咖哩飯(十分鐘上菜)





好吃日式咖哩飯,做法簡單大家也來試一試。


這次第ㄧ次使用的是佛蒙特日式咖哩,甜鹹風味,好吃的一盤接一盤。




做法1:


薄片牛排,翻兩面約5分熟後夾到盤子。


注意:牛排夾起後餘溫會至7-8分熟。 




做法2:


將洋蔥、紅蘿蔔放進煎牛排鍋翻炒後加入水跟咖哩塊,燉 7-8分鐘。


小秘訣:煎牛排的油來炒洋蔥、蘿蔔 咖哩香氣更濃厚





做法3:

白飯澆上咖哩,放上牛排,即可食用。
