Thai-style Steamed Salmon | It seems light but it is a meal At the request of my roommate, we have to eat salmon once a week. I also try my best to change the taste...... Anyone who follows me probably knows that I love Thai food so much that I make at least three different meals at home every week… Even if you make Thai curry, you will never use commercially available curry paste, you must grind it yourself. So this Thai lime-flavored steamed salmon was born! ! ! This dish in China is actually quite popular, but it is actually a little different from that in Thailand. I always feel that the acidity is not enough. Usually I actually use sea bass a lot, but steaming with salmon is surprisingly good! (greasy smell is very fragrant)

yami_featured_image 泰式风味蒸三文鱼| 看似清淡实则下饭 应室友要求,我们每周雷打不动要吃一次三文鱼,我为了换口味也是费尽心思……… 大概关注我的人都知道我特别特别热爱泰国菜,爱到每周在家起码做三顿不一样的… 就算做泰国咖喱也绝对不会用市售咖喱膏肯定是自己磨的。 因此这道泰式青柠檬口味的蒸三文鱼就诞生了!!! 国内这道菜其实还蛮火的,但其实和泰国本地还是有点差别,我总觉得酸度不太够。 一般我其实用鲈鱼比较多,但是用三文鱼蒸意外的超级棒!(油脂味很香)
