2 加牛奶豆奶或者有小姐姐要减肥的可以加水,不要冷水哦。一来咖啡冻化开很慢尤其是冬天,二来它可能化不开……温水就可以啦!可以听到冰咖啡冻咔擦咔擦的声音!而且要是冻得比较大块可以看到裂开来的纹路,然后白色的奶渗进去的样子!


我用的豆奶,甜甜的很好喝,下次要用旺仔牛奶✌️



焦糖奶茶 / 冷泡奶茶


0 先说焦糖奶茶,个人认为难度只在焦糖上……

1 先热锅,热的能感受到热气把火开小放糖进去(第一次熬糖建议开最小火哦),不加水!不加水!不加水!


2 等糖化成棕黄色厚重的液体(新手要是怕焦过头也可以提前一点,都是经验哈哈哈哈)就直接倒牛奶和茶叶,咕嘟咕嘟了转小火再煮一会儿。不要害怕

冷泡奶茶

0 之前比较下来觉得自己更喜欢冷泡茶,于是奶茶也想试一下冷泡的行不行。实践下来感觉很OK哦!但是要做好心理准备,时间会非常久,可以晚上做起来喝。


1 茶包放杯底,我习惯这个时候就放蜂蜜盖住茶包,我模拟一下蜂蜜的走向觉得酱紫可以让蜂蜜把茶包腌一下(纯属脑内)

2 直接倒牛奶,因为是冷泡所以最好是冷的牛奶,一点温度都不要有。盖盖子放冰箱(防止奶茶有牛肉味菜味哈哈哈哈)(冬天要是家里没暖气就放外面吧,因为有牛奶要注意温度很容易坏)

我基本上一晚上起来再喝,但是我算过时间大概五个小时左右,最少五个小时,就可以拿出来喝了。






那次正好煮的西米,热的放进冷的奶茶里,口感爆炸!




棉花糖巧克力


毫无技术含量,只要享受就够啦!

ps可可粉泡的就别加棉花糖了吧!太腻。纯黑巧克力的可以加几颗哦!

可以加一点百利甜,或者咖啡酒,用巧克力的可以加波旁然后趁热喝。
