火热的冬天,来点小暖炉的吧!
0 午餐肉切条先煎过一次,洋葱块准备好(感觉自己的小烤肠不是很好吃就没用)
1 自带的酱包加点盐,白糖和孜然
2 敲一个鸡蛋,用铲铲涂抹在表面
3 鸡蛋稍微凝固后用铲铲和筷子翻面,还可以撒一点水在冷面上,记得小火。一是防止裂开,二是可以有一点半蒸半煎的效果
4 刷酱汁,放入洋葱
5 撒白糖,盐,孜然粉,白醋,辣椒粉。盖盖子焖一会儿,洋葱软了就加午餐肉条
6 卷起来,切块,可以开吃了!如果没有卷起来散了也没关系啊!还能少嚼两口是不是!
知道大家都会,就说一个tips,煮面的和面汤的水不能是同一锅水哦。而且煮完以后面要捞起来过冷水哦!
火鸡面今年大火,想必大家都会做。也就提供一点配菜吧,小香肠和蛋肯定是必备,但同系列的辣白菜,紫菜,我还放过豆干,黄瓜,番茄,西兰花………………嗯有啥放啥吧哈哈
还有可以面饼一起放锅里煎成两面黄,盖蛋做泡面汉堡
