吃火锅烤肉的进阶版

象印多功能锅真的让在家吃火锅烤肉更上一层楼。从此可以像店里一样围着锅坐一圈儿，边烤边涮边吃，不要太滋润了。顺便推荐几个吃火锅必备的料和小吃。


四川人必备：德庄火锅底料，六婆干辣椒，口水族麻辣山泉鱼（但餐前小菜下酒菜都很优秀）


拿到锅立马就买了神户和牛，看看这花纹！入口即化啊！不夸张！


之前推荐过这个鱼，脆脆的居然！调味超级棒，甜辣非常开胃了！超爱吃，缺点是老断货。




烤肉的话记得开到最高档。升温比家里自带的electric stovetop range快不少。敲喜欢！

第一阶段：牛油热锅，只放椒盐煎着就很好吃。


第二阶段：寿喜烧，加入等比例酱油：糖：清酒调味


第三阶段：加水煮菜煮肉煮年糕煮豆腐
