🌶️纽约真的是让我见大世面的一个城市 不断的刷新我的认知和我的美食观念😭去纽约的严格意义上的第一天就去打卡了纽约必吃的川菜——川山甲!这家店是同为成都小伙伴的@alisonchann宝宝推荐的 后来高中好朋友也推荐了都说很好吃!于是首日提上日程!

🌶️川山甲无论是装修还是餐具🍴都是完全的中式风格 超级有感觉!(就是排队真的太久了!) 然后点菜方面我们一共点了三个 三个都是无敌种口味的菜😂上桌之后全是红红火火恍恍惚惚

1⃣️泡椒鸡杂: 满满的泡椒干辣椒 用料丰富 超级实在 份量也大!鸡杂酸辣入味 脆爽开胃又下饭!很爱里面的鸡心 处理的很好 完全没有什么怪味


2⃣️麻辣毛血旺: 毛血旺也是一大钵 食材品种很多 千层肚黄喉血旺豆芽!十足的重口味 千层肚和黄喉麻辣入味 很大程度还原了成都的做法!但是血旺很老是个吐槽点!豆芽脆脆爽爽的好吃😋

3⃣️火爆腰花: 刀工很好 腰花切的很细致很精细 让我回想起了最爱的妈妈做的肝腰合炒!但是这个腰花里面也是有很多其他配菜的 感觉更像是油爆水煮结合版~里面还搭配了腐竹和丝瓜非常的特别!腐竹泡汤里很入味 筋道的豆制品口感很好 丝瓜绵软滑嫩入了汤汁的麻辣更是爽!这个做法的腰花也还挺好吃的 只是少了爆炒的炝香味道!


🔺送的泡菜一般 不够脆鲜 泡菜里八角的味道太重了 满满吃的都是香料

🌶️川山甲真的是吃到第一口就感激涕零 我的妈呀这也太正宗了吧!!到底是什么神仙地方 什么神仙厨师啊 完完全全满足了一个无辣不欢的四川味!要知道那几天都是感冒巨严重 扁桃发炎到不能说话都还是想要吃辣 而且真的好吃到会一直吃一直吃 完全忘记自己生病这件事儿😭所以真的去纽约强烈推荐给大家 必吃必吃 吃了还想吃!
