🔸腊八节(俗称腊八即是农历十二月初八) 古人有祭祀祖先和神灵祈求丰收吉祥的传统! 一些地区有喝腊八粥的习俗~相传这一天还是佛祖释迦牟尼成道之日 称为法宝节是佛教盛大的节日之一!


🔸其实呢对于中国人来说腊八节更是美好的象征 它代表着着春节的来临! 家家户户都已经做好了准备一起迎接美好新年的到来!♥️而这一天还有必备的腊八粥 南北方甜咸口味都有~实际上成都的腊八粥是咸香味道的 有腊肉颗粒和各种豆子 虽然丰富但是我还是更偏爱美味浓香的甜味腊八粥

🔸而今天的腊八粥更不一样 它是一个有文化底蕴有内涵的十味腊八粥! 十味分别是: 枸杞/红枣/黑豆/薏仁/小米/绿豆/糯米/黑米/银耳/桂花~除了传统的豆子我还添加了银耳桂花和枸杞! 煮出来的腊八粥香甜软糯又能吃到绵软的豆子和银耳 口感丰富细腻柔软适口~老人小孩都特别适合! 最赞的还是最后撒上的干挂花 增添了一丝淡淡的桂花味 在这个季节吃真是太好不过了!
