步骤:

3.空气炸锅铺锡纸(因为不想洗锅😂),摆好香蕉燕麦

4.350度8-13分钟,再300度10-15分钟,等到燕麦上色

‼️这样烤出来的燕麦口感会很硬,如果喜欢软一点的要在裹在香蕉之前,喷水放微波炉转两分钟~
‼️第一次尝试这个食谱,建议用油炸,这两样食材真的超级搭!
