The most sumptuous New Year's Eve dinner since coming to the United States!

Everyone is not a freshman anymore, and the holiday starts on Friday! I was thinking about going big. Mighty and mighty called a bunch of people to cook together for the New Year (not just eating, because there are too many people, one or two people can’t do it!) If you go to Yachao in a day and go back and forth in the village, you will be gone, so you also stock up a lot of things at one time. They bought the most abundant ingredients since I came to Meidi: pork belly, lamb chops, pork ribs, minced meat, mushrooms, lotus root, chicken legs, and a bunch of meatballs. Coupled with the beef ribs and rice that were originally stocked at home, a feast is ready to go.

I am in charge of making lamb chops in red wine. It's actually very simple. I put the lamb chops in tin foil, sprinkle with salt, black pepper, cumin, chili powder, a little olive oil and red wine. Cover with tin foil and marinate for about half an hour, then bake in the oven.

Their prime rib is similar, slathered in a salt, black pepper and honey sauce, marinated, wrapped in foil and baked.

The ones that compare the craftsmanship are making dumplings and stewing braised pork. The braised pork is made by a roommate. There are processes such as boiling the meat and blanching the water. Anyway, I can't remember it, but the braised pork is stewed in the casserole and it will be put into the oven. Great. Dumplings are made by the students in the north, from kneading noodles to rolling the dough to making leek and pork stuffing to making dumplings. Anyway, I only know how to eat them. .

Chongqing classmates bought hot pot base and made chili chicken. The latter is really spicy. . Is the American bell pepper a special variety, a small one can be spicy and the chrysanthemum hurts the next day.

After that, I also used the rice cooker to make the stewed rice with carrot ribs, and the New Year's Eve dinner was completed. Served with cola beer and white wine, perfect.

This time it was done by everyone, so I didn't do it, but it's pretty much the same way, hahahaha!
