There are many Hong Kong-style tea restaurants in the Bay Area, but there are not many that really impress me. This Ashin is one of the restaurants I admire (and currently there is only this one 😂)
Landmark 📌A Plus HK Style Cafe, Fremont, CA
Inside is a simple Hong Kong-style design: four-person booths surrounding the audience ➕ tables and chairs in the middle of the venue ➕ TV broadcasting Hong Kong dramas (yes, Hong Kong dramas! It looks like a TVB station👍)
I ordered two cups of super classic Hong Kong-style milk tea with my friends☕️
Hong Kong-style milk tea is also called "silk stocking milk tea" because the color and shape of the cotton gauze mesh used to filter milk tea are soaked in milk tea, and the color and shape are like stockings. It is said that the milk tea filtered with cotton gauze tea bags tastes particularly smooth and the tea taste is more uniform☺️
I don't know if this cup of Hong Kong-style milk tea is authentic stockings milk tea, but it does meet the characteristics of Hong Kong-style milk tea with strong tea flavor and no lack of milky fragrance 😋 And it is served in a stainless steel cup, which seems to have more feelings
Since there is Hong Kong-style milk tea, how can we have less West Toast! Hong Kong style milk tea and fried west toast are definitely the symbol of Hong Kong style tea restaurant👍
Their west toast is crispy on the outside, and the bread inside is very soft; the peanut butter 🥜 as the filling is very thick and the taste is very fragrant
The correct steps to taste fried toast ✅: Open the included small packet of butter, use a knife and fork to cut a small piece of toast with 🥜 sauce, spread a layer of butter on the toast with a table knife, and eat it in one bite! 🥰
In addition, my friend also ordered a pork chop bun 🐷
This pork chop bun is also very real. I saw that the fried pork chop that is thicker than bread 😂 and served with fresh and crunchy lettuce and juicy tomatoes 🍅, it seems to be simple but rich in taste , multi-level, simply great satisfaction!
Hong Kong-style restaurant lovers in the Bay Area must not miss it 😆
