Homemade American Pub Food - Pickled Egg

Materials: white vinegar, eggs, salt, half an onion, dried chili peppers, garlic, small green peppers, prickly ash, spice leaves, cumin, cloves, aniseed fruit and other spices (or directly buy pickling spice, which is generally available in American supermarkets Yes)

Ask for an airtight, heat-resistant container. I use Mason Jar

Steps:

1. Boil eggs, cut green peppers and onions.

2 After boiling the eggs, peel them in cold water and place them in a container. Put a layer of eggs and put some green peppers and garlic. Put the garlic and green peppers in between the eggs.

3. Pour white vinegar and water into the pot in a ratio of 2:1. Add all ingredients except egg and green pepper. Turn off the heat when it boils.

4. Carefully pour the boiled liquid into the egg container. Cover it up. Wait to cool. Remember the eggs are under water.

5. After cooling, open the lid and run for air, then cover it and put it in the refrigerator. Wait 7 days.

6. Take it out and eat it. Finished it three weeks ago.

自制美国酒吧食物-Pickled Egg

3.锅里倒入白醋和水,比例2:1。加入除了蛋和青椒以外的所有材料。煮滚就关火。

4.小心的把煮好的液体倒入放了蛋的容器里。盖好。等冷却。记住蛋要在水下哦。

5.冷却了打开盖子跑一跑气,然后盖好放入冰箱。等7天。

6.拿出来开吃。在三星期前吃完。
