yami_featured_image 🍑 # 今日份的晚餐分享 最近下班都太晚到家已经八点多了… 这时候饥肠辘辘的我已经累到不想做饭了 而且晚餐太晚吃对肠胃的负担太大 也不好消化很容易堆积脂肪…🤭 但是不吃晚饭绝对是不可取的🙅🏻‍♀️ 所以我尽量吃的简单易消化一点 今晚吃的是日本ORBIS代餐奶昔 我个人比较喜欢的是蜜桃🍑口味的 一盒里面有7小袋每次只吃一袋 它的质地是有一点点稠状的果浆 打开包装可以闻到很香甜的蜜桃味🍑 一袋混合100ml牛奶或者豆浆、酸奶搅拌后食用 和牛奶混合搅拌后它会变成酸奶质地~ 我今晚用的是麦芽口味的豆奶 所以颜色很像咖啡☕️配搭牛奶就是淡淡的粉色 我吃的时候喜欢放一丢丢卡乐比水果麦片一起吃 会使它的口感更丰富些吃起来不会那么单调哈哈 这样吃一杯饱腹感就已经很强了~ 还可以在吃一点点水果补充维生素🤫 代餐类的东西虽然卡路里很低可以代替正餐 但它的营养绝对是不够的所以不能每天都吃 如果是早餐吃的话可以搭配全麦面包之类的 不要当一的只吃代餐❌长期也会营养不良的 我通常只有在没时间做饭或者太晚下班的时候吃 因为晚上八点多还吃米饭什么的不好消化 只会加重自己的体重从而达不到减重效果 有时间的话我还是会选择自己做饭 代餐好吃也只能是临时的辅助~ 不要妄想可以靠它减肥🤭还是得好好吃饭~ # 燃烧卡路里大作战 # # 什么值得买 # # 2018剁手红榜 # # 开箱大吉 #
