打卡第二天~~

图一是今天的早餐:豆奶+鲜虾鸡蛋沙拉

因为一早并不想吃太冰的东西,所以我把超市买来的沙拉菜捞了一下(感觉可能就只有我这么神奇的吃沙拉吧

图二是今天走路的步数

今天并没有很多时间一直在忙别的事情

不过今天就吃了早晚两顿饭

为了弥补运动量的不足

虽然晚上吃了不少(罪恶感啊

今天打算早点休息,明天多锻炼!!
