滴!无碳晚餐打卡第一天!

减肥最忌减减停停反反复复胖胖瘦瘦😠真的是对身体精神的双重折磨……运动减肥我也坚持了两个多月,结果……男票带我回了次纽约,身材一下倒退了三个多月……索性这次来个半低热量微不健康方法🤦‍♀️

晚饭,生菜叶子,蟹肉棒,和半根香肠因为太闲了吃不完哈哈哈哈哈
