步驟

【步驟1】雞胸肉拿出冰箱放半小時

【步驟2】在雞胸肉兩邊各切斜斜的小細紋

【步驟3】在雞胸肉兩邊各撒上 kosher salt, 黑胡椒, 切碎的香料與蒜泥, 再擠些許的檸檬醃製約半小時

【步驟4】鍋子開中火燒到很熱, 把雞胸肉抹上橄欖油後下鍋一面個煎4~5分鐘到呈現糖色

【步驟5】放入一塊奶油至溶化後沾黏雞胸肉兩面後, 開中小火蓋鍋一面在煎個8~12分鐘到液體流出成清透狀

【步驟6】拿溫度器測中間呈165度就表示熟了~(⚠️雞胸肉一定要煮熟!)

【步驟7】放入香料與檸檬切片擺盤

好吃清爽低卡路里的雞胸肉登場了~
