Di, clock in on the fourth day

Today is the Lantern Festival, and my friends have eaten Yuanxiao/tangyuan

I don't know if you have eaten it, but I ate it (guilt UPUP (I said good weight loss (I also added glutinous rice balls (recent favorite)

Breakfast is buckwheat noodles cooked in corn rib soup (in order to reduce carb intake, bean sprouts are added (mung bean sprouts 100 grams only 19 calories (a good weight loss partner)

Lunch is the fish I steamed in the oven, so I definitely can't finish it in one meal

So dinner was the same, but with a slice of whole wheat bread

Then the steamed fish has about two meals left

Went out this morning and night

I'm still very satisfied with today's step count

After returning to my residence, I ran jio ~ super comfortable!

滴,打卡第四天

今天是元宵节,小伙伴吃元宵/汤圆了咩

不知道你们吃没吃,但是我吃了(罪恶感UPUP(说好的减肥(汤圆我还加了酒酿(最近最爱

早餐吃的是玉米排骨汤煮的荞麦面(为了减低碳水的摄入加入了豆芽(绿豆芽100克才19卡(减肥好伙伴

午餐是自己用烤箱蒸的鱼,那么大的鱼我肯定一顿吃不完的

于是晚餐也是,不过晚餐加了一片全麦面包

然后清蒸鱼还剩下大概两顿的量

今天早上以及晚上出去暴走了

还是对今天的步数很满意的

回住所后,我跑了jio~超级舒服!
