# 燃烧卡路里大作战 # 滴,打卡第七天❤️ 今天太懒啦就把昨晚泡的红豆放进锅里煮啦~ 现在虽然三月了但还是很冷,一碗暖暖的红豆年糕汤超级舒服!!泡过一晚的红豆放锅里煮,大火开小火煮~ 差不多豆子都碎了就放年糕,日本的红豆年糕都是烤的但因为太麻烦啦所以我就直接讲年糕放进去煮。差不多10-15分钟小火年糕煮软了就可以啦,看个人喜好,我喜欢软糯一点的所以我会多煮一会。放冰糖就可以,但健康一点我放了木糖醇~ 还是提醒大家少糖的重要性!!要为身体着想鸭尤其是有患糖尿病风险的哟❤️
